Error while uploading unity game to play store - not compliant with the Google Play 64-bit requirement

While you are uploading your unity game to play store you are getting the following error message
This release is not compliant with the Google Play 64-bit requirement
The following APKs or App Bundles are available to 64-bit devices, but they only have 32-bit native code: 3.
Include 64-bit and 32-bit native code in your app. Use the Android App Bundle publishing format to automatically ensure that each device architecture receives only the native code it needs. This avoids increasing the overall size of your app.
To resolve this error just try to build apk bundle by changing some player setting
player setting -> other setting -> configuration

scripting backend should be IL2CPP.
In target Architectures ARMv7 and ARM64 should be enabled.
Must take care that x86 architecture is disabled.
If you are using higher Unity version than 2019.4 third architecture x86 is showing there so you don't need to worry about it just leave it and check ARMv7 and ARM64.

also make sure that Build App Bundle (Google Play) is cheked.
Now build your app and upload your app on google play you are no longer going to get any error.
